The 29-year-old victim was walking on Starr Street, near Irving Avenue, in Bushwick around 8:45 p.m. last Wednesday when he was approached by two men in their 30s who pinned him against a car.

“My boy has a gun, give us everything you got,” one of the men said. “Make it easy.”

When the victim started to scream, one of them placed him in a chokehold, causing him to lose consciousness, police said.

The victim was transported to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center and has since been released.

The thieves stole an Apple iPhone and Apple AirPods and then fled. They were last seen entering the Jefferson Street station about a block away from the robbery scene.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
