Police said Ryan Austin, 47, was heading north just after 10 p.m. in the southbound lane on East 94th Street in East Flatbush.
When he came to a stop at Wintrop Street and East 94th Street, he was taken into custody.
Police said the six victims all suffered minor injuries.
Austin is also charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment, driving without a license, a traffic violation for driving on the wrong side of the road and refusing to take a breathalyzer test.
