NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for three suspects after a man was shot and wounded in a Brooklyn apartment stairwell last week.
The NYPD released disturbing video Tuesday showing the shooting at 68th Street and Third Avenue in Bay Ridge on the evening of Dec. 21.
Police said the 33-year-old victim was approached by his attackers around 7:50 p.m.
One of them took out a gun and held it to the victim’s head before a struggle ensued and shots rang out, video shows.
The victim was shot multiple times in his leg, police said. He was transported by EMS to NYU Langone Hospital–Brooklyn, where he was in stable condition.
The three suspects fled the scene in a white sedan, police said.
