NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man drew swastikas and an anti-Black message on an East Harlem construction fence last week, police said Thursday as they released surveillance video of a suspect.

The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating last Tuesday’s incident.

Video shows the man scribbling the hateful messages on a fence near East 124th Street and Park Avenue around 1:15 a.m., police said.
