NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A home intruder sexually assaulted a 73-year-old woman after she awoke inside her Bronx home before robbing her, police said Monday.
It happened last Thursday, around 9:30 p.m., inside the victim's home near Williamsbridge Road and Lydig Avenue.
Police said once the man broke in, the woman woke up to the man on top of her, demanding money.
He touched the victim's breasts and proceeded to further sexually assault her before fleeing with the victim's bank card and pin number southbound on Yates Avenue.
The victim did not sustain any injuries as a result of this incident.
