
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a suspect wanted in a subway robbery that occurred on the Upper East Side last month, authorities said Wednesday.
At approximately 9:10 a.m., on Friday, June 16, a 28-year-old woman was exiting a northbound Q train as the train entered the 72nd Street station at Second Avenue, officials said.
She was approached by the suspect who shoved her and grabbed her cellphone.
The suspect fled the station in an unknown direction.
No injuries were reported.
