With the Ravens being eliminated from the playoffs, the future of Lamar Jackson with Baltimore is up in the air.

Dukes & Bell talked about whether or not the Falcons should get in the Lamar Jackson sweepstakes.

“It’s gonna put us behind the eight ball with the cap, I’m intrigued by it, I think it would be interesting,” Bell said. “How many times have we talked about Lamar Jackson before the injury, is he going backwards? Why can’t they make it work with Baltimore the way they did in the MVP season?

"There’s a lot to unpack with him. It would electrify the fan base, we’d be right to the number seven days, we’d have a full house and people we would be going bananas to get in there. Am I gonna win a Super Bowl with Lamar Jackson? He hasn’t won one in Baltimore with a better defense. I know we debate about the weapons around him, I’m not sold where he is right now with his game.”

Dukes talked about why the Falcons should be in the mix to get Lamar.

“The divorce is looming and Lamar is going to be traded and if he is and we’re not a part of that discussion I’m going to be disappointed,” Dukes said. “Because it’s a quarterback league. I’m not going to tell you that I know everything there is to know about Desmond Ridder and I fully and wholeheartedly trust in the fact that Desmond Ridder is going to win us a Super Bowl, I don’t know that.

"I do agree with Beau (Morgan) that he’s shown some of the traits and signs that could maybe get us there, if things around him are good. But Lamar Jackson is proven, Lamar Jackson is an MVP, Lamar Jackson I know what I’m getting. I still really don’t know after four games what I’m getting with Desmond Ridder.”
