The wife of a former state trooper was in court Thursday in connection to the death of her four year old son.
As we previously reported, Destiny Dionne and her husband Joshua Lattimer were charged with homicide by child abuse and unlawful conduct with a child, last month.

The couple was charged after paramedics responded to a report to their home in Walhalla, September 19th. Dionne's 4 year old son Isaiah died after suffering cardiac arrest.
During a court hearing, 10th Circuit Solicitor Micah Black detailed how the boy was treated before his death. Black said that Isaiah was forced to sleep on a blanket instead of a bed and was deprived of fresh water and was forced to drink from the toilet. He also was not taken to see a doctor in the last two years of his life.
The judge denied bond for Dionne again, but she will have the opportunity to make another request for bond in six months.
