In his role as Executive Director of Gallagher’s Heroes, Joey channels his passion for supporting First Responders. Through his leadership and the generosity of The Mike Gallagher Show listeners, Gallagher’s Heroes has provided aid to over 600 First Responder families and distributed more than 60,000 Bibles. Joey's commitment to community extends to his involvement with organizations like Crime Stoppers of Greenville, Project Care, and the Tucker W. Hipps Memorial Foundation. Additionally, he serves as a Lay Reader and Lay Eucharist Minister at Christ Episcopal Church.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Joey finds joy in family life with his wife Peg and their two beloved Cocker Spaniels, Jesse and Simon.
