Gas prices in western PA, across the country continue to climb

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) – Gas prices in western Pennsylvania continue to go up as the national average continues to climb as well.

Gas prices in the local area averaged $3.311 this week. Gas prices in the area were averaging $2.458 during this week last year.

The national average has increased 13 cents since Memorial Day weekend, which is 98 cents more than a year ago.
