PA releases 5th COVID-19 vaccine roll-out plan

More changes to the State's vaccination roll-out.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health released the 5th version of its COVID-19 vaccination plan.

Among the biggest changes are the expansion of group 1A to now allow people ages 65 and older and those with severe underlying conditions to now move to the front of the line to be vaccinated.

This comes as complaints of limited  vaccine availability plague vaccination efforts.

Allegheny County recently said more than 57,000 people in group 1-A across 2200 organizations are still awaiting the vaccine in the county.
