
PANORAMA CITY, Calif. (KNX) — A shooting killed one man and wounded three others in Panorama City Wednesday, sending police across the region on the lookout for the alleged gunman, last seen driving a BMW M2.
Los Angeles Police officers responded to reports of a shooting near Parthenia Street and Tobias Avenue at 2:27 p.m.
Investigators determined that three vehicles were involved in a crash. While the men were exchanging information, police said another man walked over to the group and began shooting before fleeing the area.
Jonathan Santillano, 37, of Sylmar, died at the scene.
Paramedics rushed two other men — one in stable condition and the other's uncertain — to a hospital. First responders treated a third man's injuries at the scene.
Investigators said they did not have a suspect description.
