LOS ANGELES (KNX) — Model and reality television star Kendall Jenner filed for a temporary restraining order Tuesday against a man who reportedly attempted to enter her property.

TMZ reported that 31-year-old Arnold Babcock was stopped inside Jenner’s Mulholland Estates gated community earlier this week by private security officers. He told them he was looking for Jenner, and he was detained until law enforcement arrived on the scene.

This was not the first time Babcock had been in reported the area trying to find Jenner, according to TMZ.

Babcock was arrested and booked on suspicion of trespassing, but was released a short time later without charges.

“Our office charges trespassing cases when appropriate based on the totality of the circumstances,” a spokesperson for Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón told TMZ.

Jenner reportedly sold a separate Hollywood Hills home in 2017 after being target by another alleged stalker, and subjected to a burglary.
