LOS ANGELES (KNX) – A man arrested last month for violating a restraining order against Kylie Jenner was arrested again this week for going into a home near Jenner’s Beverly Hills residence.

Jrue Mesgan was arrested for burglary, after he allegedly drank a beer and tried to steal some alcohol in the residence, TMZ reported.

Mesgan was charged with “11 misdemeanors, including trespassing and violation of a court order” by the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, according to the outlet.

On Jan. 17, an L.A. judge ordered Mesgan to stay away from Jenner for five years. Mesgan had been arrested in December for violating a temporary restraining order by buzzing the gate at her house.
