L.A. Police searching for man accused of burglaries

LOS ANGELES (KNX) - Los Angeles police are searching for a man wanted in connection to burglaries in the Hollywood area.

The first known occurrence happened April 3, when the suspect went into a Los Angeles apartment while the victims were sleeping and stole property and credit cards. Police said a doorbell camera captured images of him leaving the area.

The second incident occurred Wednesday, in which the suspect went back into the apartment building; however, the victim from the prior burglary recognized him and confronted him.

Police said he left without committing a burglary.

He is described as being 18 to 30 years old and detectives believe he frequents 54th Street and Crenshaw Boulevard, and Slauson and Western Avenue.
