PASADENA, Calif. (KNX) – A woman was arrested for attacking a male senior citizen with a cup of coffee in Pasadena.
On Sunday night, Pasadena police responded to Lake Avenue and Washington Boulevard of a reported naked woman on the street. When police arrived, she wasn’t there.
Police Lt. Sean Dawkins told Pasadena Star-News the woman went into the victim’s backyard on North Mentor Avenue. When the victim heard the noise, the female suspect, who was only wearing a shirt, ran in and went into the bathroom.
Minutes later, she reportedly came out of the bathroom and attacked the man with a cup of coffee. He fought her off and she left the house.
The female suspect was eventually arrested by police on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
Her name has not been revealed, but multiple reports said she was booked at Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood.
