WILDOMAR, Calif. (CNS) — A 71-year-old man suspected of dealing illegal drugs out of his Wildomar home, where a vehicle chop shop was also in operation, was out of custody Monday on a $25,000 bond.
Steven Peter Fritz was arrested Friday and booked into the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta on suspicion of maintaining a place for distribution of controlled substances, possession of narcotics for sale and being armed while engaged in illicit drug activity.
Fritz was freed from custody after posting bail Saturday.
Also arrested were 48-year-old Tony Lee Goff, 51-year-old Michael Kuderman and 56-year-old Teresa Odonnell.
Goff was booked into the Byrd Detention Center on suspicion of possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of controlled substances. He's being held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
Kuderman and Odonnell were cited but not booked into jail.
According to Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. David Clark, deputies were tipped off to alleged drug sales out of Fritz's residence in the 32000 block of Wesley Street, near Grand Avenue, earlier this month, culminating in detectives obtaining and serving a search warrant Friday afternoon.
Clark alleged that "112 grams of methamphetamine were located, along with 40 M30 pills, 25 milligrams of fentanyl, three grams of heroin and 20 firearms."
"Numerous motorcycles were located on the property, several of which had been reported stolen and were in various stages of disassembly," the sergeant said.
The suspects were taken into custody without incident. Background information on them was unavailable.
