$50k reward offered for arrest in deadly L.A. hit-and-run

LOS ANGELES (KNX) – A $50,000 reward is being offered for the arrest and conviction of the suspect in a deadly Los Angeles hit-and-run.

Police said it happened on July 2 at 2:17 a.m. A 25-year-old woman was walking on a marked crosswalk at Wilton Place she was hit by a white Nissan Altima that was traveling eastbound on Pico Boulevard.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

“The driver of the two-door white Nissan Altima stopped briefly but eventually, fled the scene without identifying themselves and did not render aid to the victim, as required by law,” the Los Angeles Police Department said.
