
A woman has died in a late night hit-and-run in Fort Worth.
Just past 10 p.m. Fort Worth police were contacted by a Tarrant County Sheriff's deputy who was flagged down by a civilian saying there was a hit-and-run at Berry and Riverside in southwest Fort Worth.

The deputy rushed to the scene and found a woman already dead. A witness saw the hit-and-run truck racing away, east-bound on Berry.
There's been no sign of the truck since but detectives will be working on it.
There are a few businesses near that intersection so there may be security cameras that might give some clues.
