A Tarrant County Grand Jury has indicted Jason Thornburg, 41, on murder and arson charges in connection with the May 2021 death his roommate, Mark Jewell, 61.
Last year, a separate grand jury indicted Thornburg of capital murder in the deaths of David Lueras, Lauren Phillips and Maricruz Mathis.
Their dismembered bodies were found in a burning dumpster last September.
Thornburg told detectives that he was performing a biblical sacrifice on his victims.
The arrest affidavit says Thornburg also confessed to killing a woman in Arizona in a similar manner.
