A police affidavit reveals that a recent triple homicide at a Garland gas station may have been gang-related.
Garland Police are still looking for 14-year-old Abel Acosta in connection with the shooting at the Texaco station the day after Christmas.
The affidavit shows that Acosta shot at two of the victims because he believed they had opened fire on him and a group of teens a week earlier.
The father of the shooter Richard Acosta turned himself into police and is behind bars on a $3 million bond. He's charged with capital murder.
Police say he drove his son to the shooting and waited in a truck until after his son was done and then the two drove off.
A $10,000 reward is being offered for the capture of Abel Acosta.
