The
Washington Wizards top draft pick in the
2019 NBA Draft caught a body at the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China early Thursday morning. Playing for Japan, Rui drove the lane and dunked all over Team USA's Myles Turner.
Seems worth noting that Myles Turner led the NBA in blocks last season. https://t.co/u7S2SKqMcS

September 5, 2019 Does that get you cised for the Wizards' rookie?

September 5, 2019 Well, how about after learning this isn't the first time Hachimura put somebody on a poster at the World Cup? He caught Turkey's Ersan Ilyasova earlier this week, too.

September 1, 2019 Of course, Japan fell to Turkey 87-86, but Hachimura finished with 15 points, seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
And it was more of the same Thursday for Japan: They got boat raced by the Americans, 98-45.
But don't let that slow down the Hachimura hype.
