JUNKIES: Meteorologist Chuck Bell on the poor air quality in the DMV

It’s another lousy air quality day in the DMV, perhaps even worse than yesterday. The good news is that our friends up I-95 in NYC and Philly are seeing improvement (even if it’s not “good,” it’s still better), but there is danger that today’s Nationals game will be postponed due to air quality.
