Speaking of the head coach, Rivera said that quarterback Jacoby Brissett will play at least the first quarter and a select group of offensive starters will play against the Bengals. According to ESPN's John Keim, based on how practice looked on Friday the interior offensive linemen of Saahdiq Charles, Nick Gates and Sam Cosmi could be the likely candidates for selection.
