The Washington Commanders were on the practice field again on Wednesday and there are observations to be had from Scott Jackson and Craig Hoffman who were out in Ashburn to take it all in.

The biggest takeaways practice: the trends continued, a good day for Jacoby Brissett in his battle with Sam Howell for the Commanders' starting job, there were a lot of quick game screens called by offensive coordinator Eric Bienimey, Howell and the offense getting pulled off the field, the possibility the second-year QB may be struggling to see over the line, and, of course, the duo of Chase Young and Montez Sweat were out there after missing last week's workouts.
