NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- A Queens teen with a genetic brain disorder has been reunited with the wheelchair that was stolen from her on Christmas Day.
The custom-made wheelchair was chained outside Michelle Martinez Molina's apartment building in Jackson Heights because it's too heavy to carry up and down the stairs every day.
The NYPD tracked down the wheelchair Tuesday afternoon in a park a few blocks from Molina's home.
Officers returned the chair to the family on Wednesday night.
One suspect has been arrested in the case.
