NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man who they say committed a lewd act in front of an on-duty MTA worker at a subway station in Manhattan.

The NYPD released an image Thursday of the suspect wanted in the Dec. 8 incident.
The 55-year-old employee was inside a booth at the 28th Street station at Broadway around 1 a.m. when the man came up and exposed himself, police said.
He then allegedly masturbated in front of the worker before fleeing on foot.
The MTA worker was not physically injured.
