NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man on a Citi Bike yanked headphones from Manhattan women in an April spree, police said.
The most recent incident happened on April 24 around 1:15 p.m., when the 22-year-old victim was walking at West End Avenue and West 82nd Street on the Upper West Side when the man on a bike grabbed her $595 headphones from the top of her head, police said.
In an incident nearly two hours earlier, cops said the same thief pulled $500 headphones off a 39-year-old woman as she was walking in front of 247 East 86th St. on the Upper East Side.
On April 6, police said the man on a Citi Bike approached a 20-year-old woman walking in front of 45 East 72nd Street on the Upper East Side and grabbed her $595 headphones from her head.
None of the victims were injured in their robberies.
