Serial thieves violently rob people across Queens, the Bronx

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are looking for at least two violent robbers who targeted multiple victims in the Bronx and Queens this past month.

Cops said the thieves began their spree on May 13 and the most recent attack occurred on Friday.

The robbers targeted people across Queens—with victims in Astoria, North Corona, Flushing and Jamaica—as well as the Bronx, where holdups were reported in Norwood, Kingsbridge, Fordham Heights and Wakefield.

Police said the robberies, often armed, were physical and included purse snatchings and car thefts.

The youngest victim is a 34-year-old man, while the oldest is a 79-year-old woman, police said.
