Can the Bruins keep winning without Bergeron and Krejci?
David Krejci will miss a second straight game Sunday afternoon in Florida, and he'll likely miss a third straight back in Boston on Wednesday.
Bruins coach Jim Montgomery told reporters before Sunday's Game 4 that Krejci remains out with the upper-body injury that resulted in him being a late scratch from Game 3. He added that he doesn't believe Krejci will be a "real option" for Game 5 either.
Krejci missed the final six games of the regular season with what Montgomery described as "soreness" and "nagging injuries" at various points. It's unclear if the current injury is related. Krejci did play the first two games of the series and actually led all Boston forwards in ice time, but he didn't really look like himself.
Montgomery has said that the team anticipates Patrice Bergeron returning for Game 5. Bergeron is missing a fourth straight game Sunday with an upper-body injury of his own.
With Krejci out, Montgomery said he will be rolling with the same lineup as Game 3. That includes in net, where Linus Ullmark will get a fourth straight start.
Here is the Bruins' expected Game 4 lineup:
Brad Marchand - Charlie Coyle - Jake DeBrusk
Tyler Bertuzzi - Pavel Zacha - David Pastrnak
Taylor Hall - Trent Frederic - Nick Foligno
Jakub Lauko - Tomas Nosek - Garnet Hathaway
Matt Grzelcyk - Charlie McAvoy
Hampus Lindholm - Brandon Carlo
Derek Forbort - Dmitry Orlov
Linus Ullmark
