If you can't afford to be at TD Garden for Game 6 of the NBA Finals, you can certainly afford to be at Fenway Park for it.
Boston mayor Michelle Wu announced on Wednesday that the city is hosting a free Celtics viewing party at Fenway for Thursday night's game. The game will be shown on the Fenway video board.
Game 6 has to be Tatum's time
While entry is free, advance registration is required. Fans can claim their ticket by registering here. All tickets will be general admission for the lower seating bowl. Limited concessions will be available.
The city has previously hosted watch parties near Faneuil Hall for Games 1 and 2 and at Copley Square for Game 4. There were no watch parties for Games 3 and 5.
The Celtics currently trail the Golden State Warriors 3-2 in the series. If they win on Thursday, Game 7 would be Sunday night in San Francisco.
