6 rings: Final thoughts and grades from Sunday’s loss to the Chargers

The Patriots hit the practice field on Tuesday was their lone session in front of media ahead of their game vs. the Steelers on Thursday.

Here’s what stood out at the walkthrough outside of Gillette Stadium:

Attendance:

Absent:
RB Rhamondre Stevenson
WR Demario Douglas

IR:
CB Marcus Jones
DL Daniel Ekuale
CB Christian Gonzalez
LB Matthew Judon
OT Riley Reiff
OT Tyrone Wheatley Jr.
WR Kendrick Bourne

Other Notes:

- Rhamondre Stevenson, who is set to miss "a few weeks" with the high ankle sprain he suffered on Sunday vs. the Chargers, was not at practice.

- Tackle Trent Brown, who has dealt with several injuries this season, was at practice but didn't look to be participating (at least while we were there). He stood in the corner with his helmet off while the rest of the offensive line stretched.

- WR Demario Douglas (concussion) was absent again, putting his status for Thursday's game in serious doubt. Kayshon Boutte, who didn't play on Sunday vs. the Chargers, returned to practice.
