In Mut’s long-awaited release from prison and return to the Winners Club Podcast, the guys got the band back together and unveiled the new format for the show this season.
Every Thursday afternoon/Friday morning episode will begin with a Patriots-centric discussion from a gambling perspective and then Scheim, Mut and I will each give our two best picks either against the spread or the over/under total for matchups across the NFL.
...Except for this week because, as I say on the show this week, the Patriots by three points over the Dolphins this week is my favorite pick of the week so I could not resist making it one of my picks. As I wrote about earlier this week, the Patriots front seven is going to ravage a Dolphins offensive line that, if left tackle Austin Jackson does not play, will feature five starters who were either not on the Dolphins last season or started at a different spot in the offensive line. Tua Tagovailoa is going to get killed and the Patriots are going to run all over a weak Dolphins front seven.
Mut is also on the Patriots, while Scheim is flying the Dolphins banner into the 2021 season and took Miami +3.
