WETHERSFIELD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are investigating a Friday morning tanker fire that closed both sides of I-91 in Wethersfield at one point.
The fire was reported around 7:40 a.m. Friday.
No injuries have been reported, and the fire was extinguished.
At one point, both the northbound and southbound lanes were closed while the fire was put out.
DEEP had also responded to the scene.
