FLINT (WWJ) - An investigation is underway after authorities say they recovered a body near the Holloway Reservoir Dam in Genesee County on Monday.
Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson said multiple agencies were helping in the case after the body was discovered facedown in the water at a location near Carr Road in Richfield Township.
As reported by Mid-Michigan Now, Swanson said deputies were using a hovercraft from St. Clair County to help with search and recovery efforts.
Swanson told the news outlet that the body has not been identified so far and the cause of death remains under investigation.
