Detroit rapper murdered at Redford Township recording studio; police seek 'armed and dangerous' suspect

REDFORD (WWJ) -- A man shot to death in Redford Township early Wednesday morning is believed to be a Detroit rapper.

At about 1 a.m., police responded to a building that was being used as a recording studio on Five Mile Road, just west of Telegraph Road, on a report of shots fired.

Once inside, they discovered a man who was shot to death. The victim is known on social media as Schoolcraft Bone Consistent.

The victim's pickup truck was also stolen, but was later recovered by Detroit police.

Police are still looking for the suspect who they consider "armed and dangerous."
