
RICHMOND (WWJ) -- There's a spray-painting vandal on the loose in Macomb County.
Police in Richmond say someone has been splattering graffiti on buildings over the last week, and they're on the lookout for them.
The first report of vandalism is believed to have happened during the nighttime hours on Thursday, May 12, at a business near Main and Beech streets. Authorities said someone vandalized a number of items on the property.
The second incident occurred on Sunday, May 15, at the Rosewood Condominium areas near Rosewood and Oakwood lanes. Authorities say graffiti was painted on a gazebo and mailboxes.
Lastly, the third occurrence of vandalism happened early Monday, May 16, when a person or persons broke into a building on Oak Street near Bartell and spray-painted graffiti inside the building. The suspect or suspects also may have stolen items.
Police believe all three of these incidents are connected.
