DETROIT (WWJ) -- Last week, a home on Detroit's east side went up in flames with a father and son inside who were already shot and a cash reward for tips that lead to the arrest of the suspects.
Firefighters responded to the scene on the 7000 block of Frederick Street near East Grand Boulevard at about 6 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7.
Upon arrival, they found the first floor of the house ablaze with 93-year-old William Whitley and his 62-year-old son, Nata-lino, inside with multiple gunshot wounds.
The two were both pronounced dead at a hospital.
Investigators said the home was fire-bombed but have not identified any suspects.
