According to investigators, two female suspects walked in at around 5 p.m., and began taking packs of hair and clothing from the aisle. When the suspects tried to leave without paying, three store employees tried unsuccessfully to stop them.

As seen in surveillance video released by police, the employees followed the suspects to the parking lot where one of the suspects produced a can and sprayed the victims.

It's unclear if it was pepper spray, or exactly what as in the can.

After the incident, the suspects got into an orange, four-door sedan and drove away.
