The Saints had to dodge stormy weather and several absences in their final camp practice before their preseason opener against the Baltimore Ravens.
Jameis Winston hit another long bomb, this time to Easop Winston, and the team got outside later in the morning for two-minute drill and red zone work.
"Probably the play of the camp and a big-time play by Jameis Winston. ... With Jameis sometimes there's still too [much] up and down," Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert said after practice. "The next play he was completely off-target, so it's like feast or famine. So hopefully more feast, because you can have a few off plays if you can hit those big ones."
