Saints week 16 injury report: Demario Davis and 3 others brings team reserve/ COVID-19 list total to 15

An outbreak on the Saints has claimed four more players to the NFL’s reserve COVID-19 list. Linebacker Demario Davis, right tackle Ryan Ramczyk and special teamers J.T. Gray (Pro Bowler) along with Dwayne Washington were added Friday, making the team’s total now at 15 players.

Coach Sean Payton has cleared the proper protocols and is back with the team but with be without three coaches. Offensive line coach Zach Strief, defensive assistant Cory Robinson and defensive coaching intern Sterling Moore all tested positive.

As for actual football activities, fours players were on the Friday injury report.

Tackle Terron Armstead made it back to play against the Jets, but hasn’t been able to practice since then due to a knee injury.

Limited were, DE Marcus Davenport and WR Tre'Quan Smith with shoulder issues, while safety Marcus Williams was able to practice fully his shoulder injury.
