Jameis Winston is no stranger to throwing touchdown passes under the Florida sun, but the one he threw in the second quarter at TIAA Bank Field was a milestone nonetheless.

And "threw" is a loosely defined term in this context. Winston shoveled the ball just a few feet forward into Alvin Kamara's arms and the star running back did the rest of the work.

It wasn't the most impressive pass of Winston's career, or even the game, but it was the first touchdown pass thrown by the Saints' new starting quarterback in the regular season.

Winston tossed a touchdown on a trick play to Tre'Quan Smith in the playoff loss to the Bucs last season, and he logged a much more impressive jump ball touchdown to tight end Juwan Johnson on a 4th down to increase the Saints' lead to 17-0. They led 17-3 at halftime.
