One person was rescued from Lake Pontchartrain after a truck went off the side of the I-10 Twin Span on Tuesday afternoon, WWL-TV reports.
Louisiana State Police and NOPD are on the scene, along with the fire department.
The crash happened after 2 p.m. on the westbound side from Slidell to New Orleans.
Three lanes of traffic on the bridge are being funneled to the right shoulder, allowing traffic to pass.
