NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Two employees of the New York Stock Exchange have tested positive for coronavirus, NYSE president Stacey Cunningham said Wednesday afternoon during an interview with CNBC.
The trading floor, though, will be temporarily closed.
"We made the decision that starting next week we're going to operate fully electronically so we can make sure people are focusing on their health externally and that the community is safe," Cunningham said.
She added that the two employees do not work on the trading floor, though.
