NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Suffolk County detectives are searching for a man wanted in connection to a bag of diamonds worth $25,000 stolen outside of a Long Island Walmart on Sunday.
Officials say the diamonds were stolen at approximately 1:30 p.m. from a shopping cart outside the Islandia Walmart located at 1850 Veterans Memorial Highway.
Police say the suspect left the scene in a black Toyota Tacoma with a roof rack.
Officials are offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
