NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A gunman jumped out of a Jeep and shot three teens and a 21-year-old man in Queens Tuesday afternoon, leaving the 21-year-old in critical condition, the NYPD said.
The male suspect jumped out of a blue Jeep and started shooting outside the Ravenswood Houses in Astoria around 4:45 p.m., police said.
One of the bullets hit a 21-year-old man in the head, the NYPD said. He was expected to succumb to his injuries.
The gunman also shot a 17-year-old boy in the back, a 19-year-old man in the left leg and an 18-year-old man in the back, police said. All three were expected to survive.
No one had been arrested in connection with the shooting as of around 7 p.m. An investigation is ongoing.
