It was November 2, when a driver pulled into a Greenwich Village parking space that one of Baldwin's relatives was apparently holding for the actor.
When Baldwin showed up there was reportedly pushing and shoving. The driver claims Baldwin struck him in the face.
The 49-year-old man ended up going to the hospital with jaw pain and redness aroundhis neck.
Baldwin was charged with assault and harassment. On Wednesday, he pleaded guilty to second degree harassment as part of a deal. He will have to attend an anger management program, pay a fine, and return to court in March.
