NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – A baby boy from Staten Island and a baby boy from Brooklyn are sharing the honors as the first babies of the New Year in New York City.
The contest for the first baby of 2020 ended in a tie, with both boys born at the stroke of midnight Wednesday.
Aidan Zobnin arrived at midnight at the NYC Health and Hospitals in Coney Island, weighing in at 7 pounds 13 ounces. He’s baby number two for his parents, Jennet and Artyom.
At the same time Aidan was born, Anthony Saraceno arrived at Richmond University Medical Center, the first-born to mom Michelle and dad Anthony. He weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces.
Both babies, we’re told, are doing very well.
Congrats to the lucky moms and dads!
