NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A multi-vehicle collision in Midtown Wednesday morning seriously injured two NYPD officers, officials said.
The other driver, a civilian, was also injured and taken to Lenox Hill Hospital in serious but stable condition, police said.
Authorities are investigating whether the crash occurred as the officers were responding to a construction worker accident nearby.
