NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Cellino & Barnes have officially split up after a years-long legal battle, according to a report.
Ross Cellino Jr., one half of the iconic Buffalo-based law firm, filed a lawsuit in 2017 seeking to split from the other half, Stephen Barnes.
On Monday, the New York Post reported that the two signed “a confidential settlement” that will “allow the parties to go forward with their new (separate) firms,” citing a source familiar with their case.
It wasn’t immediately clear who would get to keep the firm’s jingle, or whether either attorney would continue to use it, according to the outlet.
